Management at Ballymaloe House Hotel reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage caused by accidental, deliberate, negligent, or reckless acts resulting in damage to any part of our bedrooms. This may include the costs involved in deep cleaning, as well as any potential loss of revenue whilst the room is unable to be sold.

Our traditional gift vouchers are available to purchase in person or by phone, while electronic gift vouchers are available online. Electronic gift vouchers can be used in the same way as a traditional card, and if you prefer, we can send a physical gift card to the recipient or purchaser of the electronic gift voucher.
Gift Vouchers must be redeemed for the stated purposes only. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable. Redemption of the voucher is strictly subject to availability.
Vouchers are the sole responsibility of the holder, Ballymaloe House Hotel accepts no responsibility for lost, mislaid, or damaged vouchers.
Online vouchers can be redeemed by presentation of the voucher directly at the hotel. Vouchers altered or damaged will not be accepted.
Monetary value vouchers can be used for more than one transaction, but cash refunds are not permitted. A new voucher will be issued for any outstanding balance.
Experiential gift vouchers (accommodation or dining vouchers) are valid for a single redemption only. Experiential gift vouchers are valid for the specified purpose, and the value is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If there is a change in the package value after the initial 12 months, the price difference will be applied.
Advance bookings are essential, the voucher is valid for 5 years, and Ballymaloe House Hotel will not be liable if the voucher is lost or stolen.
The online voucher purchase process is provided by In1 Solutions, Gifting Technologies, IE office address: Rathbeale Road, Swords, Co. Dublin on behalf of Ballymaloe House Hotel. Terms and Conditions apply to vouchers purchased online.
By purchasing a voucher online, the purchaser and recipient agree to be bound by the full terms and conditions of voucher purchase and the terms and conditions of the booking process where applicable to the voucher use.
Data collection and use are subject to the privacy policy of the hotel and the voucher purchase system supplier. Specifically, data is only collected to complete or support an activity, namely the voucher purchase or the reservation process. No other use is made of the collected personal information, and in particular, the information is never passed to third parties without permission.
In the Republic of Ireland, under Irish law, vouchers and unused voucher balances expire 5 years from the date of issue of the original voucher. This will only apply to those vouchers bought from the 2nd of December 2019. In other countries vouchers and unused voucher balances expire one year from the date of issue of the original voucher where applicable by law.
