Exclusive Wine Dinner

On Thursday, 22 October, we will welcome Charles Derain of Nomad Wine Importers for an exclusive evening celebrating the wines of Savoie, a distinctive region in the French Alps. Savoie is known for its steep vineyards, unique microclimates and indigenous grape varieties, which produce fresh, elegant and terroir-driven wines.

 

Guests will be welcomed with Crémant de Savoie, Domaine Blard N.V., followed by a five-course menu prepared by Executive Chef Dervilla O’Flynn and her team. Featured wines will include Chignin-Bergeron, Domaine Trosset 2022; “Silice”, Domaine des Ardoisières 2025; “Arbin”, Domaine Trosset 2024; and “Schiste”, Domaine des Ardoisières 2022.

 

This intimate evening is ideal for food and wine lovers looking to deepen their knowledge of Savoie wines.

Tickets are €175 per person and include the five-course dinner with paired wines.
