Breakfast Manager
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Breakfast Manager to lead our breakfast operations, ensuring guests start their day with a memorable dining experience. Starting in mid-February 2026, the ideal candidate will be responsible for breakfast and lunch service, managing the team, and contributing to an exceptional overall guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Service & Duty Management:
Oversee daily breakfast and lunch service, ensuring a smooth, welcoming guest experience.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and service.
Act as a point of contact for guests, managing enquiries, requests and service issues.
Team Leadership:
Work closely with the Breakfast Supervisor to lead, train and motivate the service team.
Guest Experience & Operations:
Ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere during breakfast and lunch service.
Support hotel operations and collaborate with management to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
Requirements:
Previous experience in Food and Beverage management, preferably within a hospitality setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A strong commitment to sustainability and environmentally conscious practices.
Flexible and willing to work early mornings, weekends and holidays as required.
The ideal candidate will be a fluent English speaker, previous experience in a similar role is desired but not necessary. Excellent personal presentation and grooming is essential. The candidate must be legally eligible to work in Ireland.
