Join us, with Jeremy Lee, Dervilla O’Flynn, and her talented team for a unique takeover dinner showcasing the finest seasonal Irish produce with a modern British twist. Jeremy will bring the flavour of his iconic Soho restaurant, Quo Vadis, to East Cork for this one‑off event.

On Thursday, October 23rd, we will host the next exclusive wine dinner in collaboration with Tindal Wine Merchants and Simon Tyrrell, co-founder of Les Deux Cols - an eight-hectare estate in the hills above Saint Gervais in France’s Côtes du Rhône region.
During the evening, Simon will share his inspiring winemaking journey since 2012 and guide you through the Rhône Valley wines served with each course.
Executive Head Chef Dervilla O'Flynn and her team will present a seasonal five-course menu, thoughtfully paired with exceptional Les Deux Cols wines.
Guests will be welcomed with a drink reception at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m.
