Dermot Sugrue, was born in Ireland in 1974, and is today one of England's foremost sparkling winemakers with his partner in life and business Ana Dogic thanks to their boutique label, Sugrue Sparking Wines. Together they produce exceptional award winning sparkling wines.
When it comes to winemaking, Dermot prefers to avoid platitudes about minimal intervention, and says that he just likes to keep the winemaking as simple and as straightforward as possible.
This special event will commence with an informative talk and sparkling wine tasting by Ana and Dermot, hosted by prominent Wine Journalist & Consultant John Wilson.
The evening will progress to be a delicious pairing of seasonal and locally sourced produce enjoyed with some of John Wilson's carefully selected white, red and sweet wines.
