At Ballymaloe House Hotel, we specialize in hosting smaller, intimate meetings and corporate events, accommodating up to 80 delegates. Our venue provides a unique setting for your business gatherings, ensuring a productive and comfortable experience for all attendees.
The Garden Room, accommodating up to 20 people, offers beautiful garden views, ideal for small meetings. The Long Room, our largest space, can host up to 80 delegates, perfect for larger gatherings. Our venue hire includes room setup, high-speed internet access, and ample car parking.

A perfect place to celebrate a special occasion. Ballymaloe House offers private dining for groups in a charming and intimate setting. We have 7 separate dining rooms, with elegant design, ranging in size. Some rooms have high ceilings and Georgian windows with outstanding art pieces, others are bright full of natural light.
The menus are written with farm-to-fork principles in mind, under the careful watch of the Head Chef, Dervilla O'Flynn. Seasonality and the availability of produce from the walled garden and local producers plays a major role when creating group menus.

A truly special venue for a corporate retreat, located in East Cork countryside. Ballymaloe House includes 32 luxurious bedrooms, 300 acres of land, a range of outdoor and indoor activities which combined with sustainable dining and farm-to-table cuisine, create a truly memorable experience.
Onsite activities include garden to glass cocktail making, various guided tours of the property, or cooking demonstration at Ballymaloe Cookery School.
Located 30 minutes from Cork city and approximately 3 hours from Dublin, available for small groups or full property takeovers.
Large meetings, up to 200 delegates are accommodated in the Ballymaloe Grainstore, located next door to Ballymaloe House Hotel. The Grainstore caters for a wide range of set ups, from theatre, u-shape, banquet to classroom and includes a state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment and a hydraulic stage.
Venue hire includes room set up, high-speed internet access, and car parking. Catering is arranged from Ballymaloe House and refreshments include tea and coffee, home-made biscuits, and water from Ballymaloe Well. Email us for more information.
