Pesky rabbits!

Easter this year, was less about eggs and more about rabbits. Pesky rabbits! Early one morning, a fluffy tail was spotted in the parsley….next two appeared out of the globe artichokes. Even with the protection of the stone walls, the rabbits have found where all the tasty vegetables are grown!

Despite this, work must go on. It’s an extremely busy time - lots to plant and weed. It might be the ‘hungry gap’ months but there’s still asparagus, salads, herbs, green onions and garlic to harvest. But don’t tell the rabbits.
