Spring 2023 at Ballymaloe House is about sharing culinary experiences to inspire you.

We aim for you to leave with plenty of delicious lasting food memories from this wonderful mid-week experience that includes all of the following:

  • Two nights bed & breakfast
  • Afternoon tea & cake on arrival
  • Enjoy a seasonal cocktail whilst perusing the menu before dinner on night of arrival
  • Five course Ballymaloe Farm-to-Fork dining experience on both nights
  • Conservatory lunch; our lighter seasonal daytime menu
  • A taste of Ballymaloe House to take home with you on departure
  • Ballymaloe History Tour with Fern Allen (Thursday morning only)
