Preparing, cooking & presenting high quality dishes
Maintaining & overseeing HACCP training & standards, health & safety, food hygiene etc
Candidates are expected to be able to work professionally & in a team focussed manner
Dealing with numerous small producers for daily & weekly food ordering
Assisting the Head & Sous Chefs to maintain our kitchen's high standards
Recipe creativity & development, in accordance to our house style
Wrapping unused items & storing them in proper areas at the end of a shift
Cleaning & sanitising the kitchen after service
