We are seeking a motivated candidate with strong interpersonal skills to join our award-winning team at Ballymaloe House, in a role of a Junior Sommelier. Previous experience as a sommelier and extensive knowledge of different wines and regions are essential, ability to work cohesively with an established team is required.
The Role
The successful candidate will be working closely with the Head Sommelier, Samuel Chantoiseau, reporting to Food & Beverage Manager.

This is a full-time permanent position; the nature of the industry means that this role will include a variety of shifts and weekend work.
