We have a superb opportunity for a Head Chef to join our award-winning team at Ballymaloe House. The successful candidate will work with and report directly to an Executive Head Chef.
The Role
The Head Chef will be responsible for heading up the kitchen team and creation of menus alongside the Executive Head Chef. Experience working in a similar style culinary operation is preferred.
You will be responsible for management of the service, set up, station stock levels, ensuring that the preparation and presentation of food complies with the required standards, costs are controlled, sustainability principles are adhered to whilst maximising the customer experience through the production of interesting, seasonal meals.
