'Ballymaloe Desserts' written by our Head Chef JR Ryall and published by Phaidon Press is his debut cookbook and held its first launch event at the Ballymaloe Grainstore on Sunday 11th September.  

The dazzling event hosted by Ballymaloe House was as delectable as the book's recipes, where over 200 guests, many of whom travelled from the UK, Dublin and Belfast, were treated to delicious canapes and a selection of amazing desserts. Cliodhna Prendergast, the books photographer, Sarah Johnson from Spring in London, Darina and Rachel Allen, Ali Dunworth, Rory O'Connell, Arun Kapil and Caroline Hennessy were amongst the food loving friends of JR's to attend.
