to Ballymaloe House next Tuesday evening the 26th of November.
Sunil is the Executive Chef at Ananda Resturaunt
in Dublin, he regularly spends time working with the team at Benares in London under renowned Michelin starred chef Atul Kochhar.
On the night, Ballymaloe will also be offering a matching wine tasting menu. The wines have been chosen to compliment each course. A full wine list is also available.
