Ballymaloe is delighted to sponsor the Ballycotton Lifeboats’ annual Gala Fundraising dinner.
Our Ballycotton lifeboat and the RNLI is a vital part of all our community, as well as being very important to the Allen family personally. Mr & Mrs Allen even met at a Ballycotton Lifeboat dinner in Ballymaloe House prior to owning Ballymaloe House and hosting these dinners themselves. Many of the Allen family presently enjoy the coast through fishing, windsurfing and kitesurfing safe in the knowledge that the Ballycotton Lifeboat is there to help should they encounter trouble and family member Rupert Hugh-Jones even joined the crew as a volunteer on the Ballycotton Lifeboat.
It is therefore extremely important and a privilege for everyone here at Ballymaloe House to support this incredible local charity and help raise as many funds as possible to enable our local RNLI crew to carry out their excellent voluntary work.
If last year was anything to go by, it will be an extraordinary night of fun, delicious food, fun casino action and great company and all for an exceptionally good cause.
