To celebrate Ballymaloe’s 50th Birthday we will continue our very successful winter Supper Clubs with a series of Spring Supper Clubs.
The Supper Club evenings start with an aperitif at 7.30pm followed by a 4 course set meal. Wines recommended to suit each dish, as well as wines from our wine cellar, will be available to buy.
Tuesday 4th March.
Going to be abstemious for Lent? This will be one last chance to indulge before the fasting begins. Amongst other delights, enjoy Crêpes Suzette served for dessert, flambéed at your table.
Tuesday 11th March
The Supper Club menu will consist of Ballymaloe Classics selected from menus from the 60’s. Also, every lady gets a red carnation going home, just like they used to in the early days.
Tuesday 25th March
A delicious supper foraged from the grounds of Ballymaloe and surrounding area.
Tuesday 1st April
A fun filled evening to include blind food tastings amongst other surprises on the night!
Tuesday 8th April
On this evening Ballymaloe will host a guest chef who will choose the menu and cook on the night. Chef to be announced.
