FEAST ON FOOD MEMORIES at Ballymaloe House as part of Feast - East Cork Food & Drink Festival

Wednesday 5th September from 6.30pm, this event is part of FEAST - East Cork Food & Drink Festival

Chef Dervilla O’Flynn will write an East Cork menu for the night, inspired by the philosophy of Myrtle Allen.
At 7.15 pm just before dinner is served, we are delighted to welcome Food Historian and writer Regina Sexton to share her Food Memories and memories of Mrs Allen and host an interactive Round Table discussion. 

The evening will begin with a seasonal cocktail on arrival in the open air temporary Ballymaloe sculpture garden at 6.30pm
