Euro-toques Ireland celebrated its 30th Birthday at Ballymaloe House in June 2015 with a menu created and served by some of Ireland's most celebrated chefs. Mrs Allen cut JR's delicious birthday cake decorated with 'Sweet Ballymaloe' roses. Sweet Ballymaloe was named and presented to Mrs Allen in 1996 to thank her for her efforts in strengthening the Eurotoques organisation during her presidency from 1993 to 1996.
