This unique Dom Pérignon Champagne dinner will be presented by O'Briens Director of Wine, Lynne Coyle, Master of Wine in the beautiful surroundings of Ballymaloe House. The ingredients for each dish have been carefully selected to match each Dom Pérignon Champagne.
 
The evening will commence with Dom Pérignon and Canapes, followed by a three course dinner individually paired with Dom Pérignon Champagnes followed by café gourmand.

Ballymaloe House is a country House Hotel and Restaurant set amidst the rolling fields of East Cork. The gardening team at Ballymaloe are central to what they do in the kitchen as the restaurant serves locally sourced and home grown food from their walled garden and farm.
